Join MELT instructor Margaret Boyd for a 90-minute workshop focusing on the Upper Body created just for you. We'll use soft foam rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to rehydrate the connective tissue throughout your body and make your muscles and joints happy! This workshop will also include the MELT 5min face-lift.
