Learn MELT techniques for the Lower Body to help with low back, hip pain, si joint issues, knee pain, foot pain, and any lower body issues.

These simple self-care techniques can be used every day to make your body feel better and function more efficiently. Relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, improve alignment, and learn how to keep your whole body working better. Join MELT instructor Margaret Boyd for a 90-minute workshop focusing on the Lower Body. 

We'll use soft foam rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to rehydrate the connective tissue throughout your body and make your muscles and joints happy!
