Join MELT instructor Margaret Boyd for this 5 Week Series. We’ll use soft foam rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to rehydrate the connective tissue throughout your body and make your muscles and joints happy! Each class will focus on specific techniques/moves throughout the body. You will finish this series with a full understanding of WHY, HOW, and WHAT you MELT, so you can MELT at home.
